About this app

A new platform of judicial communication designed for personal presentations to court, helping the resocialization of the people submitted to this type of measure and improving the work of courts and police personal. This is the "Apresente-se."

A serie of prosecution situations demand methods of personal supervision by the judiciary: open regime, conditional release, restrictive penalties, sursis, plea bargain, provisional release and conditional suspension of the process.

The use of such measures is further boosted by the critical situation of prisons, which in most cases are overcrowded and in inhuman conditions. In this scenario, more and more judges seek different alternatives to privation of liberty. One of these is the monitoring of convicted persons or persons who have received precautionary measures.

This monitoring brings clear benefits to the courts, but also some relevant difficulties. Queues of attendance, interruption of activities, slow and costly bureaucratic work.

Based on face and voice recognition technologies, the system allows the personal submission to court to be carried out remotely, using mobile devices, making this procedure more agile and with all the necessary security requirements.

This technology also allows the creation of new types of measures, which give more than a way of measuring compliance, but a chance of positively influencing the social reintegration.
