I have entered the correct to adress to my device, and I can see the devce on my router, yet the app claims there no connection. Furthemore, the app offers absolutely no guide as to how to connect to a device.

With the new free app managing your supply and extract VENTS TwinFresh Expert fan becomes more convenient than ever! To set up the mode and ventilation speed all you have to do is get on the WiFi network.

Once successfully installed on your mobile device the app lets you control all the ventilator parameters, set the speed and rotation direction, manage the operation modes (Ventilation/Heat recovery/Supply) as well as set the timer and sensor parameters.
