Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing PresenciaPinApp - Control de Presencia on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. About this app

Utilizar esta versión solo en caso de tener un dispositivo Android con versiones anteriores a la 6.0 que no sea compatible con la app PresenciaPin 2.0.

Aplicación para llevar un registro del control de presencia del empleado mediante el teléfono móvil. El empleado tan solo tendrá que entrar a la aplicación y pulsar el botón de realizar marcaje en el momento en el que empiece y termine su jornada laboral, quedándose fijada la posición GPS en la que realiza el marcaje.

A causa de la normativa actual para control de presencia de empleados, se hace obligatorio, llevar un registro de control de presencia de los empleados, y no son una excepción los empleados con movilidad, como por ejemplo comerciales, instaladores, transportistas, etc...

Esta App, está totalmente integrada con nuestro sistema de Software PresenciaPin, de modo que los marcaje realizados por los empleados, estarán disponibles en esta aplicación, y podrá realizar una exhaustiva gestión del control de presencia de estos empleados, incluyendo calendarios, horarios, incidencias, vacaciones, etc...

A parte de los fichajes de presencia, el trabajador también podrá realizar marcajes de información, en los que podrá incluir un texto aclaratorio del punto en el que está para posteriores aclaraciones de los trabajos realizados en cada día.

Otra funcionalidad de la aplicación, es el control de producción orientado a tiempos dedicados a cada tarea. Desde eta App, el empleado puede realizar marcajes indicando en que momento ha empezado a trabajar en cada tarea seleccionando dicha tarea desde una lista preestablecida.

Al igual que con el control de presencia, podremos consultar todos los marcajes realizados por los empleados desde la aplicación PresenciaPin, consultar los tiempos dedicados a cada Tarea, consultar que trabajadores trabajaron en ellas, que días y a que horas.
