Unlike many personal assistants or advisors, ELE does not solely rely on User Inputs to work in the interest of User.

1. Install ELE and give ELE relevant permissions to discover more about you
2. During the onboarding process ELE may also discover a Tip for you
3. Now wait for the magic to happen!
4. You don't need to go to the ELE App- ELE will provide you with tips as and when the context is right

ELE provides you with tips in the following areas

- Coupon Tips

ELE provides you Coupons to help you save money on your favourite mobile apps. These coupons are tailor made for you based on your location, apps used and also the time of day you are browsing

Discover better deals and discounts for popular apps like Uber, OLA, Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal, Zomato, Swiggy etc by using ELE

- Bill Reminder and Payment Tips

Ele discovers your monthly and yearly bills related to Mobile, DTH, Internet/Broadband, Electricity, Gas, Insurance, Credit card etc and along with reminding you , finds coupons to help you save money on these bills

- Bank/Credit Card Deals

ELE discovers your top Banks and Credit cards and finds deals on them to reduce your expenses for your preferred apps

- Loan/ Credit Card Switch

ELE discovers your recurring loans and credit card bills and also suggests better loans and credit cards with lesser interest rates

ELE needs the following permissions to effectively provide you with savings recommendations

1. SMS Information

ELE collects information arising out of transactions made from cards, banks or while using other services through the App user’s SMS inbox. ELE obtains the User’s specific consent to allow the App to access the User’s SMS inbox. ELE only accesses Business messages that originate from Alphanumeric senders. The collection of such information is only limited to the extent that such data is available in the relevant messages. ELE may also record the identity of the product or service and the amounts paid or payable in respect thereof. This information will be stored in ELEs backend server for analysis purposes to ensure that the best recommendation reaches the users. SMS Information is sent to the Ele BackEnd server for analysis to discover users preferences and behaviors so that relevant recommendations like apps specific Coupons and Bill Reminders can be created for users/. Sensitive information like OTPs and passwords are not read.

2. Installed Applications Information

ELE collects information regarding the name of all the installed applications in your mobile. This is also further used to provide you with better coupons and deals for the applications that you have installed in your mobile. Installed Application Information is sent to the Ele BackEnd server for analysis to discover users preferences and behaviors so that relevant recommendations like apps specific Coupons and Bill Reminders can be created for users

3. Google A/c Access for User Registration and Secure Login

As soon as you install Ele, and register as a first time user there is some information that you share with us like your Google Account for sign up, your photograph etc. When you do so, we receive basic information like your email ID and any other information that Google provides us.
