This app is intended for programmers, who wish to perform bitwise operations on numbers.
It is extremely easy to change radix on operands as well as results. It is possible to view numbers
as binary, octal, decimal or hex.
It currently supports 8-bit, 16-bit and 32-bit numbers.
It currently supports 4 binary operations (ie that take 2 arguments): bitwise AND, bitwise OR, and bitwise XOR.
It currently supports 3 unary operations: bitwise NOT, left shift, and right shift.
