Very laggy. Expensive camera that's great if only the app to run it wasn't faulty. Brought the in-app purchase of a year cloud storage. Maybe I should of held fire on that. Isn't instant so what's the point in it? People are ringing my doorbell and leaving because it hasn't gone off on my phone when I'm elsewhere in the house. Hopefully, these bugs will be fixed soon.

I am disappointed I purchase this device ever! It's a pain in the nerves. I have added a new SD card and yet this device still is always something. The device is always ringing on and off even when I go to settings it's either always off line or just not working correctly even after rebooting it. The device is only a week old now. It makes no sense at all. I guess I should have went cheaper maybe I would be happier. These expensive device is a waste of money let alone time and effort.

As others have said, very hit and miss with notifications on this android app, worked fine on my iPhone but not so good on my new android phone. It still records ok just doesn't let me know when motion triggered. Since the latest update the microphone icon has disappeared, unable to speak? Where has it gone?

Can't share a new doorbell with family - could with previous version of app... Also just bought another v7 (EKEN) doorbell. Will not update to latest firmware, the new doorbell has no audio / mic working. The other one is working fine. Needs to be an option to update the firmware and MCU manually as its not working automatically. The doorbell maybe defective but can't tell until I update. Also new DB is draining battery again - could be firmware related. PLEASE FIX!

Great app for my doorbell, keep update from time to time with new functions. For those Eken V5 doorbell user who faces problem in motion alert stopped working on every Sunday. I tried to contact Eken via the App support, finally they helped to upgrade the firmware to 3.5.5 remotely, it is working fine now for my case.

Terrible. Everytime there is an update the camera angle changes & the motion detection is affected. There is no 30° to 50° angle mount to help. The camera is always off line every 7 days making things worse.
