Can't get the new turbo charger to connect to wifi. App always freezes after wifi PW is entered. This was after I had to remove/readd the charger to even get the wifi option to show. Even after products are registered, there is always a "Register Now" button. Most of the support options in the app don't work. The ego equipment is amazing, but their app is terrible!

It fails to update my z6 zero turn mower. Doing firmware updates over Bluetooth is retarded. If ky power station can connect to wifi why can't my $5,000 mower? Tried with android 10 tablet and android 11 phone with no joy. The nexus power station works fine on wifi but I configured that several years ago. I bought my station a couple of months after they were first available at Home Depot as a cheap way to get more 7.5ah batteries for my push mower.

Great concept; poor execution. App continues to lock up during wifi setup, then blames connection issues on a 55mb/s wifi network measured at my workbench. No instructions on how to reset an obviously corrupted setup on the device from when App had a seizure. I'd use the hell out of this if it worked.

Still doesn't allow me to connect to my nexus via Bluetooth or WiFi. Have tried every possible method to connect and still nothing. Kind of makes the remote connection useless if I can't connect to begin with, extremely dissapointed.

The app does connects to the mower and allows you to update the firmware but lose connection almost immediately. I have still does freeze after 4 seconds in videos and and still can't keep track of what you have registered.

You have to use this app to connect the newer turbo chargers to the wifi in order to get a notification when the batteries are charged. Unfortunately the app can only connect one of the chargers to the wifi, it cannot connect a second one (we have two of the turbo chargers and two 10Ah batteries to go with them). Also it would make more sense if the QR code scanner could automatically fill in most of the information when you go to register a tool/battery/charger for the extended warranty support instead of having to manually go through and enter it all in again.
