As a beta tester for the app, I've used the application for three months now, and it has proven to be a great asset to me, it helped me monitor how i used to waste my time subconsciously and therefore i started making better use of every minute in the day, being more disciplined and started reachang goals that were set from long time and not achieved i think its an application worth trying but it needs persistence to see a significant change.
