Absolutely rubbish. Was working great, so set all my household time limits which I can no longer change. Now QR code isn't recognised, manually entering details doesn't work and help section doesn't help!!!! How you supposed to control your home Internet if the app won't let you in. Should get zero stars but I won't let you.

Would be much higher but I can't monitor connection speeds or test connection. Being able to manage devices from the app is great though. When I try to perform a speed test I get an error asking me to call a number which then asks me text an automated service that requires a landline number..........which I don't have.

Nothing works - won't connect to my phone, QR won't scan to connect the router, didn't recognise my password when entering it manually... Very useless and frustrating as my broadband crashes daily.

Had an issue with the smart router. The app wants to see the back of the router which is a pain to get to. Kept crashing. Then it's professional diagnostic was 'i have an issue with my smart router'. Well thanks Sherlock, but what is the issue?

QR scanner doesn't work, and when manually put in, doesn't recognise or connect. Having serious issues with WiFi connection being intermittent with smart hub and thought this app might help me solve the problems after numerous calls to tech team, engineer call out etc. Stuck in an 18 month contact with an absolute diabolical WiFi connection. I even persuaded my partner to leave Virgin media and she has the same issues. Needless to say, once the 18 month contracts are up, we won't be staying.
