Buggy app!! i own a full motion kit, and whenever i setup a target to follow from A-B it will bug out 8 out of 10 times and id have to unplug it and plug it back in to reset the system, very unreliable control app for a very expensive piece of technology. i paid $3500 for this kit and i really have to be super patient every time i intend on including in in my workflow. wish there was a more reliable way to control it or even a hard wired remote control, I would've been happier with that!

Useless app! will not connect to sliderplus or head module. Spent thousands of dollars on the equipment and can't use it. Extremely disappointed.

I own the old SliderPlus Pro Xlarge with the Target and Action Module and
was thinking to upgrade to the new and much advanced SliderPlus X with
MotionKit as I was impressed by its amazing features seen in your website!
But after seeing all this negative feedback of the app, I totally changed
my mind. So, NO thanks.. And NEVER EVER release a non working product..
This just will affect your company reputation so badly and you already lost
my trust!

Have recently bought Top of the line edelkrone motion kit with all hi fi gadgets and it was having issue but once we get customer support by AMT house in Dubai things are looking good but still focus module and subject tracking is not working properly, so we update app and then update keeps on downloading packages for Head module and motion module it has happen almost 12 times in a raw please guide us how we can make this update working
