Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing iVivaAnywhere Induction on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

About this app

This app works with an installation of iVivaCloud backend.

App needs to be registered with iVIvaCloud installation by entering “Domain ID”, “User ID” and “Registration Code” supplied by the system administrator of iVivaCloud installation.

Functionality:

Purpose of this app is to conduct self-run induction programs for newcomers or safety briefings for internal users, vendors and visitors.

App allows operator to select a registered user to enable induction program. If system administrator has ‘locked’ the operator interface, a password need to be entered before a new user is selected.

Next, user is able to go through multiple pages of induction program on his/her own. After the program has ended, app will update the status in iVivaCloud backend.

Induction program is defined in iVivaCloud backend by system administrator. It could include a series of images, videos or PDF documents.

Some pages could be programmed to prompt user to ‘accept/decline’ an agreement before moving on to next page. Similarly, some pages may contain a multiple choice questionnaire.
