The app's better than their customer service. Have tried to get in touch due to consistent faults with smart meter, but have received no response. I am unable to use the phone, so am limited to online contact. While green credentials are good, I am concerned that this is how they treat a disabled customer. I am likely to switch supplier to an alternative green provider who is more responsive to their customers issues.

A good app, but I never seen to have the same billing quote, it varies from tab to tab. On one page I owe 'x' amount, on another 'y' which is correct? God knows. That's kind of really bad in a billing app... Same dates. The app is technically fine though, you just can't trust it

We have now changed the whole house to electric energy - cooking, water heating, driving and room heating. As we are using green electricity we know that our energy use is as good as we can make it, in terms of doing our best to work with the planet. It's not the cheapest way to do things, but it makes us think and use energy more wisely.

Service and app has improved over last two years. Never managed to get a smart meter as promised. Messed up final bill 4 times and quite pricey. Recommend for green value but not value for money or consistency.

I love Ecotricity! I use their phone service provider, Ecotalk, also. Excellent service alround and, of course, helping the environment. A Win!Win! situation! their app is great too. No problems using it and soo user friendly. Would recommend to everyone!
