Since upgrading to Android Nougat 7.1.1 app crashes In GPRS mode and sending text messages does not work !!!

I've just changed my phone to s Samsung s7 and the gprs in the app is absolutely useless this needs to be sorted if not don't sell the alarm or offer this utterly useless app.

The GPRS feature doesn't work. All the rest of the app is great. Please fix or I'll be sending the alarm back for a refund. Thanks

GPRS mode is useless for galaxy s9+. get it sorted just spent over £300 for system. If it's not sorted I'll be going for a refund!!!!

The Invincible Dual Network Alarm System can be remotely controlled and monitored, from anywhere in the world via your Smartphone. Robust and reliable, the Invincible allows you to set your network, alert and notification preferences to suit your personal security and lifestyle needs.
Automatic network switching between SMS/GPRS and PSTN (landline) for even greater reassurance that you will receive alerts and notifications to your Smartphone as they happen. In the event of an alarm activation the invincible will communicate details of the event following the user’s notification preferences. For example, the user can select dial out to pre-stored phone numbers via landline telephone, and/or GPRS push messages.
The easy to use Invincible App interface enables you to effortlessly control the Alarm via text messaging or GPRS: arm, part-arm, disarm, remote voice memo or listening in. Multiple Smartphone App owners can connect to and control one Invincible; or vice versa, multiple Invincible alarms can be controlled by one Smartphone App owner.
The Invincible App also allows you to connect to a HD WiFi IP116 Camera (available separately) to view, talk to via two-way audio and monitor your home remotely.
