Always works, gives a little less than I think done are worth. They get to flip the phone and sell it. But, it's awesome in a crunch when you're in between checks and need to make it one more day for gas, food, ECT...

Horrible; worse than low ball offers, 20 kiosks in my area and most of them are down, out of the 8 phones I have, it correctly identified only 1 phone (that's a 12.5% chance of it being correct). Better of putting phone on ebay, letgo, offer up, etc.

It ask the impossible. Android does not save imei#'s to clipboard and the app wont allow it put in manually. Typical.😞

Disappointed with price quoted. Especially when my phone gets stolen & subsequently sold to one of these kiosks and they bank out on more than I've ever been quoted for my own device. If That don't throw you for a loop, idk what else to say. It does me. The only positive I've experienced with the company is that they were extremely responsive and dutifully helpful in regards to covering all bases to make sure I was reunited with my device in the least amount of time possible... Cool beans there

3$ for a 200$ phone that was in really good shape. The gas for the trip to the eco atm costed more than the payout for the phone itself. SCREW YOU.
