Just sloppy. Created login on web site, can't login on mobile app. The list of phone models is just random. Good luck finding your model from the hundreds in the list. At least on the web site you can start typing to narrow the list down.

Permanently banned because I sold them a 'blocked' phone... while I don't owe on any phone, i have sold hundreds of phones with ecoatm, none of them were unpaid, perhaps locked, I've never heard of a blocked phone and I am upset there's no redemption plan for a loyal customer - my ID is simply banned for life because of one phone I wasn't given any details about. Damn.
