So far so good but they should add an option of downloading documents to phone. That way they could make things easier. Now I have to go fill all the details through the phone then I use a cyber to download the details and print them. C'mon guys we are in another generation we do everything via the phone even printing, don't be left behind......

When It fails, no platform to raise the issue or alternative to call, you just remain stranded.. Like right now no ntsa and business registration services . Otherwise before the failure twas a very very nice app that made work easier

This one is one of the worst apps i have ever encountered, always showing an error whenever you prompt it for a particular service and the annoying part is despite very many complain registered no body bothers to give answers to what is happening in this would be criitical app to kenyans.

The app is functional it works well but your customer service is slow especially the e business, I have been making calls and sending emails since yesterday since I need something to be corrected but to no avail they are all going unanswered kindly improve on that .

I give it 2 stars because when i triy to register for a business it tells me that plot no/name of building CANNOT contain NUMBERS even though they are asking for plot No. Very ironic. Fix this.
