Couldn't get to the app????

CHINESE JUNK! Upgraded to 1TB storage but phone only shows old 500GB storage available. Unable to backup phone using this platform. Phone app will only upload 3.0GB of photos. Will not upload any more; not even new photos. Will not upload or even offer to upload any other files. Noticed NO 5 star reviews; all 1 and 2 stars. Now I see why. Customer service tells everyone to delete then reinstall Asus app to correct their problems. I tried that and nothing changed. Just wasted $17.95.
