This is pretty horrible. 4 out of 10 last times i tried to use it it could not connect to server and i had pay with credit card.. Unacceptable for lunch payment app to not work during lunch time this often... Meanwhile credit card transaction notification appeared immediately to my phone, so not an internet issue on my phone. to my understanding code generated is not unique either, so one could use it multiple times with in 15 minute time frame.

UI is very confusing and prone to errors for the end user who has to do all the job. It's too easy to pay the wrong amount and there is no way to cancel it. Default amount should be set by restaurants and displayed automatically and not set manually by user. Some restaurants don't show in the list and you have to search and often the name in the app is different. Also too many places still don't use Eazybreak so work on your sales and marketing.

Does work, but only if I have time to wait while at the restaurant for the app to actually load. Fine if I'm not in a hurry, but not very functional for most on the go work lunches.

Slow, unreliable app. Login screen not giving confirmation whether login is correct or not. When opening app, sometimes just keeps loading and nothing happens.

Ux is pretty good , but some serious optimization issues. Going between views takes 10-15 seconds on my s9+. Not feeling great about it so far bit there is potential
