Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing EAM360 Storekeeper App on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

EAM360 is a simple, easy to use, and intuitive application with minimal clicks and equips Storekeepers with the right set of information to handle the Inventory processes.

It is built as a native Android application and works on Android phones and tablets. It is an Enterprise Business App with a social app flavor & usability. It complies with all business rules of IBM Maximo and can be installed without any additional infrastructure. This Application works in offline and online modes and integrates seamlessly with the IBM Maximo.

Key Features

- The user can Issue the Items based on the Material Requests created for the work order by viewing the stock details
- The user can receive materials against the Purchase Order. The user can view the PO details and can enter the Lot / Serial / Bin details and receive the item.
- The user can perform a material inspection of the received items to accept or return the received items to the vendor.
- The user can receive services against the Service Purchase Order.
- The user can issue items against the material requests or the work orders
- The user can return the issued items to stores
- The user can carry out Physical counting of the items based on A, B, and C categories
- The App can list the items based on the count Frequency set for the items

New features

Two tabs ‘Usage’ and ‘Inventory’ are added in the Goods Return screen to display the Inventory Usages for Goods Issue and Inventory in the storeroom.

When the Issue details are entered for all the items selected for Issue, the Inventory Usage will be automatically created with a default description, which can later be modified.

In the Settings screen, an option ‘Errored out Transactions’ is added to view the list of errors across all modules in the Storekeeper application.
