Very motivational with keeping in tune with you health. This app does more than the many apps out there. Its not just for tracking your strps but also tracks your sleep patterns and other activities you may do throuout the day. Along wit the withings scale you can pair your fitbit as well. Thanks Health mate withoutvyou I would not have realized the amout of water retention I was having.
