Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing DynamicG Owncloud & Nextcloud on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. With TLS 1.0 now deprecated, this plugin doesn't work. App states it can't retrieve certificate. Hopefully an update will be out real soon. Thanks.

Please allow Custom paths instead of root. Update 12/08/16: https now working. Old comment:"Server not found" when using HTTPS. Certificate is from Let's Encrypt and should work. Connection with plain HTTP works fine details of app author provided. I am happy to help in case more information is needed
