How does this app get a 4 star average? You cant change the logging frequency when logging multiple probes. If you log multiple probes at once (and who doesn't want to do this) it takes multiple samples a second, so when exported, you end up with a huge excel file. Add to this, it doesn't even take the same amount of samples per second, sometimes it is 3, sometimes it is 10. The graphing is pointless as the X axis self adjusts, meaning you lose historical data. I could go on and on. The whole system seems rushed and untested to me. Having said that, the probes are accurate.
