USELESS! won't let me log in or register with my email. Tells me to enter a proper email everytime. I called customer service and they said to download the internet explorer app. So I did that and it STILL won't accept my email! I have a Samsung Galaxy note9 and downloaded this app last year and hoping some update would fix it which the app NEVER has an update! Tech guys can fix this from home or LADWP is too cheap and just does NOT care. Deleting this app FOREVER

App needs improvements with the UI and available features. The only useful thing about the app is that you can pay your bill. Other than that you will be directed to the website which is not mobile responsive. Good luck trying to verify you are not a robot which gets asked everytime on the website. For what I pay to LADWP, I would hope they would invest in their digital technology but again, they might just increase rates first before thinking about customer service.

It needs to redesigned. Why develop an app if we have to login and password when you open up an app every time. Apps should make life easier by speedup work not complicating it. Then why not use browser instead of this app.

Save yourself the trouble. Just use the website. Downloading past bills on PDF doesn't work because the links go right back to the main page. Typical utility company inefficiency, especially for Los Angeles.

do not install!!! made my phone restart every 3 to 5 minutes, it requires some strange permission dont allow it use the website!! im not sure even it official. could be spam
