About this app

Fitness Guide is a basic informative fitness android application that would help beginner and intermediate lifters to learn basics of workout and fitness.

Unlike any other fitness or workout app, we provide information on which exercise to perform and why.

Calorie Tracker: calorie tracker counts basic calorie burned throughout the day

while performing workouts such as biking, swimming, walking, running, dancing, exercise, staircase walk, etc. It is very essential to calculate your energy expenditure through a workout when you are on a calorie deficit.

Calculator: The next important feature of this application is micro-calculator.

The micro calculator will provide you all necessary fitness values such as,
1. Body Mass Index (BMI) calculator: Tells you your muscle composition.
2. Body Fat Percentage Calculator: Calculate your average fat value here.
3. Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) calculator.
4. Calorie consumption related counting such as Calories required for cutting, calories required for bulking, and basic calorie requirement.
5. Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE).
6. Protein Requirement calculation.
7. Fats Requirement calculation.
8. Water Required.

Workouts: Depending on your fitness goal and fitness level we provide you four workout types,
1. High-Intensity Interval Training(For Fat Loss): The most practical way of burning fat effectively and quickly, by alternating intense interval and rest interval.
2. Circuit Workout (For beginner and intermediate lifters): combining upper body workout with lower body workout, for example combining chest workout, back workout, shoulder workout, etc.
3. Push-Pull workout: Bro splits separating push movement from pull movement, for example combining chest workout with Triceps workout.
4. German Volume Training: Special training for an experienced individual.

Fitness Facts: Muscle Facts page deals with frequently asked fitness-related questions such as, what to eat, daily water requirements, etc. We add Fitness Fact every weekend to provide valuable fitness questions.

Diet Page: Diet Page tells you how many calories you must consume and on what time you must consume specific food. It also tells you daily micronutrient (i.e. Protein, Carbs, Fats, etc.) requirement.

Reminders: There are three essential reminders available here.
1. Water Reminder: Tells your daily water requirement, a reminder on what time you must drink water.
2. Step Counter: Step Counter gives you the task of how much you need to walk and how many calories you burn doing so.
3. Meal Reminder: Another amazing tool that creates a list of food items you can include in your diet and what amount you should consume.
