Not intuitive. There's a parental control but it's really not easy to use. I can't never log in remotely. If I want to suspend the connection of one device on the network, it's also not so easy. I think Netgear can do a better job than this. AT&T Home Manager app is much better in these areas.

This app is best way to control my wifi router. I used web interface in the past, which was possible with a laptop/computer browser. This app now gives me access to settings on my mobile & so convenient.

Awful, the app never connects to my router at all. It never seemed to realise I was on the network. It was much quicker to just access the router via the admin page via a browser.

I'd give it zero stars if I could. I set up user name and password. I was sent an email to verify my email address. I clicked the link as instructed and was told the code was wrong or expired. So I can't even log in. This should be simple. Thanks netgear. 🤬

DON'T DO IT!!!! Wish I'd read the reviews before! This app sucks! I changed the name and passwords for my networks, attempted to confirm my login info via logging into the genie app and, now it gives me a continuous loading screen. It's been 10 minutes!

Absolutely terrible. You do have anyware near the level of control that your got compared to the web interface, and im not talking about advanced settings just the basics. Use the PC based app, its much better.
