Not all apps or listed for example "Prime", I was looking for Prime to make it a whitelist since I'm streaming with Prime at the present but, it didn't even show up in the list and the list isn't even alphabetized for easy scrolling so, uninstalling.

Just installed and tested this. Did the job. I created a white list. Then stopped all the other apps running. Actually worked. Stopped apps never restarted. Will review longer and see how the app performs.Works on older versions of android. Thanks to the developers.

Does not work. Bought it too! Uninstalled, reinstalled and rebooted the phone, still no work.
