This rating focuses on the app and not on the provided service of DoveVivo. The app has login bugs (both using google and email). Especially since the last app update, i am not able to login, access my profile in order pay my dues, request maintenance, and receive the communications of the customer services. Edit: I got contacted by the app's team. They were helpful and solved my problem.

Make the life of all tenants complicated not efficient at all. Seems to be a replacement to avoid transparent contact with tenants. Almost every second new updates. Whenever I want to upload photos and images it crashes and the perfect response of DoveVivo: taking the email address off the table for alternative contact. Thanks for magnificent services DoveVivo

As a tenant since 2016 my e-mail automatically registered to the app. However i was never informed about the password. Moreover, "forgot my password" option also doesn't send me an e-mail, so i cannot use the app. I even sent you an e-mail, can you please check? I'd like to make an urgent fixing request.
