The app keeps crashing!!! I can not look at my progress or the progress of my teammates because it's constantly crashing. My phone is saying there's a bug in the app that's causing the spooling and crashing. If that's true, we're dealing with people's personal information and that could be a disaster. But whether it's true or if it's something else, I'm sure that I will be deleting this app off my phone as soon as this fundraiser is complete.

Absolutely, hands down, the BEST! Super easy and quick to set up and organize. The app makes it easier to track everyone's progression. As an organizer I can see everyone's success and help them push more sales to reach their goals. The turn around time is fast and customers are happy to know they get their product delivered to their door. Third time around using this fundraiser and it gets easier and easier. (And more fun!) 5 Stars, over and over again!

The app was terrible for me. It wouldnt upload. I've had to uninstall and install multiple times and there were still issues. I couldn't send messages to the team the way that I planned to and I believe this affected our sales. We could've raised more. I love the fundraiser itself and I've done it in the past with the brochures. This app needs some help.

First, it did exactly what it was supposed to, which was quickly get my popup running for my event without hassle. What I wasn't expecting which made the whole event more enjoyable was the chat feature and the various alerts we got. It was fun as there was a tight race down to the end as to who was going to sell the most and it was also great to see the updates as we passed different fundraising milestones. I even had to go figure out what a unicorn was when somebody got one (I'm thinking it is a purchase of more than $200). One of the more enjoyable experiences I've had raising money.

The app seemed great when I downloaded it last week and set up the store for my team. However, over the past couple of days, the app won't even open. Installed the update that was released today, and that made no difference; app still won't even open. And the DG web browser interface doesn't let you change anything with your store, so other than getting the link to your store, it's basically useless.

I found the Double Good app to be highly user-friendly to both fundraisers and guest. It was easy to navigate from set- up to completion. Being able to copy and send my pop-up store link made it easy to reach my contacts. The leader board took fundraising to another level. It turned our fundraising event into a friendly competition. The list of supporters and notification features let me know who was helping me to meet you goal. I would definitely use it again and/or recommend it to a friend.
