In particular, giving to 21 CBOs involved in the action the chance to refer the most challenging cases, which they are not able to take care of directly. The system will be connecting the existent Gaza Referral Systems, in particular the ones lead by Gaza Gender Base Violence sub-cluster, and Child Protection sub-cluster. During the needs assessment of the project we have been noticed that many organization didn’t have enough tools to refer difficult cases to other organization or professional working in the mental health and psychosocial sector.
