The app on android is a mess. As of today (02/08/2021) it has completely stopped working. Me and my boss can no longer open the app at all. No work around it seems. Two other co workers can still use it. Edit 02/09/2021 I have tried everything to get this to work on my pixel 3a. It worked just fine before 02/08/2021. Iv uninstalled, Deleted all data from puqu printing on my pixel 3a. Re installed. The app has simply grown aware and refuses to work anymore on my phone. It NEEDS an update.

It had a automatic update and now it shows me a non readable screen in Chinese. Tags, which are not clickable. Previously made tags no problem, but now they locked me out. WHY CHANGE A FORMAT THAT WORKED? What happen?

This app definitely has a learning curve, but after playing around a bit, it is very easy to use. I use the printer for a home based food business and it works fine for my needs. I also will state that I had an issue with an update working on my phone and the issue was resolved very quickly.

Don't bother with this useless late update, the dev has added unnecessary permissions to identify users by demanding gps and contact permissions which the previous version did not do. I backed up the previous version of 2.7.20171111 just in case the dev would sabotage the app with data theft permissions like they did with the WeiDa printer app which also won't work unless GPS location is turned on. Users should down grade to previous version from apkpure and uninstall this version immediately.

Worked great for the first 6 months or so and now when I'm trying to insert a text it's not allowing me to see the full screen to do so! I tried to uninstall it and still the same issue! What do I do now? I can't print any labels, only the ones that are already saved. Somebody help?!!
