Like most of those who reviewed this App, I also reviewed negatively as they were asking for more credentials and I thought that it will interrupt my privacy. Hence rated one star. But, later one among the team contacted and directed me to complete the account setup. Later, I uninstalled the app as it was exhausting my phone’s memory without any gain. The other day, I had a valuable stuff to transit and contacted major service providers in the field, but none of them were economically feasible. Out of the blue, my minded reminded me about Doothan App. I placed a pickup request even though my mind was not fully convinced. To my surprise, they came up with the best deal. Successfully shipped my parcel and it fetched its destination within a day. I must admit that the customer care wing of the app is just awesome. From the moment I placed the request, I got great support from the team. Had a good experience with Doothan App and wishing them a great success in the long run.

Doothan is a crowd sourced pickup and delivery app. It address most time consuming tasks in rural India mainly going to city and get things done. By using Doothan the requestor can reach out to the people who are already in the city coming back to destination close to the users location. There is no need to go by bus, car or bike. Just a tap your request is send to Doothans who are close to your pickup location.

Requesting the service is easy. Here is how it works:
- Just register in the app as a requester and tell us what you want us to pickup or deliver
- You choose the drop box location where it needs be delivered
- We search for Doothans who is close to your pickup/delivery location coming back to your chosen drop box location.
- We send a push notification with the cost of service to you
- You pay the service fee with your credit card
- We send notification once your item reaches the drop box location
- You pick the item from drop box location
