About this app

4321 Done is a simple, smartphone based, collaborative To-do list for those who work together to get things done.

You can tag your to-do with any label that you wish - like Work, Home, Grocery, Shopping, Furniture Project, Launch Website, Fix-it, etc. You can even tag a to-do with multiple labels to cross-reference it. For example, a to-do ‘Send Invoice’ can be tagged with both ‘Launch Website’ and ‘Billing’.

You can add your shopping list as a checklist under a ‘Shop at Walmart’ to-do. To make it more practical and fun, add your partner or roommate to the same ‘Shop at Walmart’ to-do and knock off items as each of you pick them up.

Checklists also make sense when more complex work requires several things to be completed.

Both the to-do and checklist can be assigned to any of your contacts who have a mobile number. On assignment, your to-dos are posted to those assigned and theirs are retrieved for you. Progress and updates are shared across all those assigned.

A simple access control mechanism allows you to prevent others from altering or deleting your to-do. Checklists, however, can be added by all assigned.

Your to-do can be timeless or span any short period of time. If you set a reminder, then the to-do will be inserted into your default calendar app on your smartphone. This ensures that you don't lose sight of important to-dos.

Now you can also share comments/conversations on any to-do using a simple mark-up language which will also allow you to link to files in Dropbox, Drive, iCloud, etc.

During the Beta phase we will be experimenting with SMS reminders and will retain this functionality if found practical. Of course your feedback and ideas are always welcome!

It is our goal to keep this app free forever and not bother you with any advertising. So help grow 4321 Done by assigning your friend something to do today!
