DESCRIPCION:

Esta aplicación es un asistente personal que posibilita la realización del trámite de otorgamiento de poder de representación judicial (APODERAMIENTO APUD ACTA) a favor de profesionales legales (abogado, procurador o graduado social) en dispositivos móviles Android.

La aplicación permite la creación, la prórroga y la revocación de apoderamientos (APUD ACTA).

Así mismo, la app permite la fácil exportación de los certificados de inscripción APUD ACTA emitidos por la sede electrónica del Ministerio de Justicia.
