I went in and created an account put in my car by Vin it found the make and model but no service history. I went to schedule an appt it took me to a web site where I needed to create another account to schedule an appointment. Don't waste your time.

Nice idea, but not intuitively designed. Account creation (getting to all fields to enter data) totally botched. Did not allow me to enter/save a car only taken in once (in past few years) for service. Crashed first time used. Keep trying guys.

It was able to find my VIN, but none of the service history from the dealer. It sounded good, will keep it installed a while, hoping they fix what is obviously broken...
