Town east ford and especially service manager Brandon, are very unprofessional. After excuses and 2 days going on 3 to install a headlight assembly I simply had enough and pulled my vehicle and took it to another dealership. The last thing a customer wants to hear is I'm sorry . I was sorry to bring my vehicle to town east ford.

The Service History page under the My Cars menu item does not show the service history. However, I discovered that the service history could be accessed from the Appointment page by selecting Look Me Up and entering your email address and car information. It is an awkward, time consuming, and non-obvious process. The service history should have been displayed on the Service History page under My Cars.
