This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Persist on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.

The 'Prevent Screen Burn In' option doesn't work properly. Instead of moving the text, it just duplicates it in a new spot.

Seems pretty niche but actually very useful. The only things I would ask for are a better placement selector and a custom color picker. Still, deserves 5 stars in its current form

About this app

Leave reminders or messages on the screen of your device that persists through all apps. The message will try to reset even when closing the app and after reboots.

Select the size, text color, background color, and location of your message and set it to the screen of your device. The message will persist until hitting the delete button.
Allows for a constant reminder

Image support has also been added giving the ability to add a picture from the camera or gallery within the app.
