Did finally work on my Android phone. Not particularly helpful though. Also the login id is not one that's easily remembered, and the app (like just about every other app), doesn't do it for you.

Absolute waste of time. Logging in is overly complicated. Paying a bill is nearly impossible and needless if only they made it available online. I am forced to pay via surepay. I will be switching to another ISP very soon.

App worked for me. Appears to be a first attempt at an app. Hopefully it will improve at some point. Very annoying that you have enter login credentials each and everytime. Can't understand why I have to remember my account number every time I need to login. App also is just a shortcut to the website to pay bills. Might as well just not make an app and make the website fully mobile ready.

Everytime I try to view my bill I get an error and it logs me out then when I do log in again I can't even click on view bill without getting the same error. I have to log out and back in AGAIN all while retyping my CRM and password to get it to show anything all while getting the same error if I click anything. whoever made the app good idea EXTREMELY POOR execution.

This is honestly the most useless app I've tried to use this far. I had no issue logging in or accessing my information, but the purpose of these utility apps in my opinion should be for ease of access your payment etc. This app, however, takes you to the same external website that you would have gone to in the first place to pay online, so I see no place for this app to exist

Keep getting logged out when I try to download a bill and there is no feature to print a bill if I do get through. This app needs more updating, disappointing.
