This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing App Liste de on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Limitation of current Betaversion: Select max. 20 Apps at the same time/list.
The App and the App-Liste.de generated List pulls german descriptions from google-play only at the moment, but everything like sharing with friends works even.
