The app is good & definitely useful. Pros Remote access is very usefull (specially when 📸 not easily accessible). Cons Even if the phone is connected via WiFi of the camera, yet there's a connection issue with the app. At times I have to restart my phone & camera or reinstall the app to get the app running. Changes I wish to see 1. I really wish if all the settings(in settings menu) on the camera was available in the app 2. The colour scheme used in the app is absolutely boring

Worst software noise must check out for anroid 10 version or there are going to loose clients and above all trusts of customers...this complain is right from Dec 2019..but they least bothered to deal with it..for last one year.. @

App crashed after installing. Can't open the app even after retrying multiple times. Just got the noise play and if this is how their service and products work then we all are in loss. I thought this is a trustworthy brand but this is how it started and now I hope the cam doesn't give me any issues or else I am totally screwed.

Alas !! what is tge purpose of this app, wificonnection and reading the file/folder not working, using wifi the camera mode / video mode not working , what other purpose of this app, no information regarding the camera is provided in this app, no instruction no manual, even i dont know the comany reviewing the comments or not, what was the app was last updated , see boss u got 2.1 star on ur review , no value for the customer !! Alas !!

Not able to connect my Mi note 4 to noise play vLog edition camera. Earlier i used to connect the same phone with camera. Getting these message "failed to get camera information" and "command failed". I even deleted and reinstalled the app. Kindly help to resolve the issue i am not able to download my videos.
