I click to open a locked memo and it says error it can determine lock method

I like it. I can separate the subject on the note pad. I cannot share. I can print in share. Please fix this problem

Beautiful app, never seen it error. My one issue is I wish I could change the color of notes instead of only being able to use the auto generated color.
