Does what it says. I actually didn't expect it to use the screen as the flashlight, I think that's brilliant for a back up in case of a broken flashlight. I also drive down dark country roads in the middle of the night coming home from work and I love the emergency setting.

The update wanted me to give them access to a lot of personal info. I did not feel comfortable doing so. The past version was better but would still turn off randomly, they just made it worse. I'm deleting the app and downloading a new one.

This is a good flash light app. Doesn't shut off the light upon changing the screen. Only sad part is it doesn't work with my camera app.

I would give it a 5 star but has some funky thing that is the screen goes to sleep you have to cancel the flashlight app like 10 times before it closes. Worth a download.
