I bought a phone ($250!) back in Jan 2021. Ever since I purchased it, my calls will not go through or receive any. It will work every now and then. This is getting ridiculous!! I even got a new SIM card 2 weeks. I even factory reset and keep powering off the phone and take SIM in and out. Still the same. I even contacted Samsung, they say it's C1. C1 is lame and seems C1 just take people's money and all they do is just say "Take out the SIM for 5 minutes and turn back on. Tee-hee 🤭".

Didn't recognize phone number. Can't log in. Amended. App is worse than the registration process if you are s Naked Mobile customer. Was finally able to get my phone number and account number recognized. One of the registration fields required is "birthdate". No option to simply fill in a date. No simple scroll list of years. I tapped back 6 decades month by month 720 taps to get to April, 1957. My thumb is properly exercised now. The payment portal is non-intuitive, at best, for Nakedmobile.
