Terrible experience. Whenever I open the app and try to verify my Aadhar with that option, the app stops unexpectedly. I tried it with marksheets, PAN ID, etc. However, everytime the app would stop and when I reopened, it would go back to the start page. This bug requires an immediate fix, which shouldn't be exceedingly difficult. So, please fix this ASAP! It's an app with an excellent potential but it's turned out to be annoying due to the bugs.

Have been trying to upload RC for last 2 days. It wouldn't fetch the details and I am getting errors. These errors are - getting stuck on 'fetching', gateway timeout etc. I have also dropped an email using help the app only but so far I haven't received any response. The app is updated. Updated - I have done everything I was asked to do. The issues still persists.

Android app is not showing the issued document. The progress bar always rotates and then nothing happens. In browser I can see my documents. The app is latest version from playstore. The basic feature of viewing issued document is not working. Tried deleting doc and reissued and refreshed several times but still the same. Not sure why developer team is not able to resolve such a small issue.

There are several shortcomings in it. It's not fetching updated documents, and if you haven't added your phone number in any document, it's not fetching that either. I've requested help from the DigiLocker support center multiple times, but they haven't made any improvements, just keep acknowledging the issue.

I can use it properly when connected to WiFi but not when I am on data.. while login in there is an error that says "oops there is no Internet connection, check your Internet connection" . The data connection works perfectly fine for everything else. Please solve this issue since for all practical purposes you would need to be on data.

it says minor bug fixes but actually it's few more bug added to existing ones. Tech is means to be better day by day but this app is getting worst day by day. I was completely dependent on this one for vehicle related documents but it doesn't opens and have nothing to show to police personnel.
