all good except some payment methods are glitchy. Tried paying for a plan and it repeatedly did not work, but the top up worked fine. no idea why.

This new app is a joke for sending top up's to PNG . Sending top up's to PNG is a hit and miss, working only 10% of the time if that. It just comes up with a error (SC:03) every time saying we are working on this issue. They should of stayed with the old app that worked. And what ever happened to the points system? It all disappeared with the new app what a surprise.

This app was way better before the upgrade I never had a problem topping up my family in Jamaica now its bare problem with it after the upgrade. A simple task as in putting in my credit card and it doesn't work, I tried so many times till finally I got it. Now I'm trying to send credit and my credit cards are gone from my saved cards, and I'm having issues adding my cards again. I hate it ๐Ÿ˜’๐Ÿ˜‘. Plz fix your app to make us customers life easier not harder in these times.

I was trying since Thursday 21st January 2021 early in the morning to do an international plan and when I was selected payment and do all the final transactions it would not go through it kept on spinning and a message pop up saying something went wrong and then I checked the status and it read in progress and it never went through I tried it 3 more times I uninstalled the app and reinstall it and tried it again and it still didn't work I just tried it again and it still read the same thing

I am truly disappointed with this app after the upgrade.The app takes forever to send the credits and 90% of the time it comes back with an error message.I had no problems with the old version now I don't even know why I even bother to get on this app.I can't send credits to PNG!

First time using really disappointed. I have tried to send a top up to Jamaica, it came up with an error saying it hadnt work when in actual fact it has taken 2 payments and created 2 identical top ups. Both top ups have been sitting there in progress for almost 6hrs. Click on help and it comes up with an error for that too
