I think this application is great. when I don't have any data i just shake it on my digicel and there you have it. There is one problem 15 minutes mega bites for 1 hour in shake it ,I don't like it when you open an application you are already in zero data, it need to be changed otherwise thanks. This application is effective ,I encourage every one to use my digicel.

Needs more improvement, even if you have mobile data; it will still take a while to load the homepage, OR take you to the login page. The $2, 2 hour and 3GB subscription (and the bonus 500MB) is buggy. You have to be lucky enough to get the bonus 500MB or end up with nothing. The Digicel Reward; there is no way to check how much points do a user have therefore we are blindly just claiming rewards without knowing the amount of points we owe.

One pathetic app. Doesn't even deserve a single star. The app logs out itself. Here in Fiji, I use this app for my unwired wifi only. To login, you need to take the SIM out of your modem and take it to your nearest Digicel store for them to insert the SIM in a phone and get a code to login to the app in your phone. Imagine waiting in queues for hours, as customer care service is slow due to COVID-19 safe protocols, just to have them to login into this app in your phones. Very frustrating!!!

It very helpful I need data on the go it's work for me. Plenty of plan payment to choose. But you could have design more gb ect. for other social app. But I love this app . Another time I have seen ,when I'm using Facebook messenger the data drop signal and start shows H+. I can't get any call through. Could you check the cause ..Thanks.

Just installed this since I'm in this pandemic lockdown and my credit had expired. First time using this and it was so convenient. I especially liked how fast it was to sign up and top up. Oh and the fact that it had paypal as an option to pay was so cool. Didnt expect that at all. Great app. Hopefully it continues to be this easy to use and working well👌

This app continues to crash. I have to restart my phone. Why is digicel forcing customers to pay for apps we don't want. These expensive prime bundles are a waste of time and money. Please bring back data only bundles. Think of your customers who are not working in this pandemic. Students just need data not useless apps like that sports app. I will be looking at flow data plans
