Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing -DIGI-WebApp Pro- on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

Die DIGI-WebApp der DIGI-ZEITERFASSUNG GmbH ist die ideale Ergänzung für unterwegs zum Zeiterfassungssystem DIGI-TIME-CONTROL oder DIGI-SOLUTION-ONE. Hiermit lassen sich direkt vor Ort Zeiten auf Aufträge und Tätigkeiten buchen. So erfolgt die Erfassung parallel zur Arbeit und muss nicht im Nachhinein noch erledigt werden. Die DIGI-WebApp überträgt die Daten an den Zeiterfassungsserver, wo sie in die Anwendungssoftware DIGI-TIME-CONTROL bzw. DIGI-SOLUTION-ONE einfließen und anschließend zur Auswertung und Nachkalkulation vorliegen. Dank der einfachen und intuitiven Bedienung fügt sich die DIGI-WebApp fügt nahtlos und flexibel in den Arbeitsalltag ein.

Die wichtigsten Funktionen im Überblick:

Zeitdaten buchen
Über die Buchungsmaske können neue Zeitbuchungen erfasst werden. Wählen Sie hierzu aus einer Liste den entsprechenden Auftrag, die Position und die Tätigkeit aus. Die Buchungen werden minutengenau erfasst.

Aufträge anlegen
Sollte der richtige Auftrag auf dem Gerät nicht zu finden sein, können Sie diesen, wie auch bei allen anderen DIGI-Erfassungsgeräten, über die Funktion „Handauftrag anlegen" einfach und schnell eingeben. Sobald Sie die Datenübertragung an den Server durchführen, ordnet DIGI-TIME-CONTROL bzw. DIGI-SOLUTION-ONE die Daten dem richtigen Auftrag/Projekt zu oder legt sie als neuen Auftrag an.

Zeitdaten ansehen (Protokoll)
Das Protokoll der gebuchten und noch nicht übertragenen Zeitdaten wird in einer Liste angezeigt.

Datenabgleich
Durch den regelmäßigen Abgleich aller Daten ist gewährleistet, dass die Mitarbeiter stets mit den aktuellen Aufträgen und Informationen versorgt sind.

Die DIGI-WebApp ist nur in Verbindung mit der Zeiterfassungssoftware DIGI-TIME-CONTROL oder DIGI-SOLUTION-ONE der DIGI-ZEITERFASSUNG GmbH verwendbar und muss vor ihrer Verwendung lizenziert werden.
