Intially great once set up. But cannot submit report of consistent rightwheel fault. Robo vac/mops works for a while and then goes into a spin and stops. App says RightWheelFault. Happened many times since march. Tried to submit feedback many times. Submit button doesn't allow error report submission. Bought gt200 in Jan 2020. Pls help!😣

GT200 vacuums and mops better than Roborock! App loads fast& easily. It does not navigate in orderly fashion like roborock, taking much longer, missing many areas and repeats. Map is often mia. Pausing allowed is too short, it goes to sleep & built map is lost eg when refilling water. Suggestion; enable retention of map, to map outline of area & then navigate inside, setting of barrier, better cleaning of next to wall sides & showing dock in map so that docking will be s breeze

after in standby mode for a while, will automatically offline...cant control via phone app...need to manually press start button on the device to wake it

It would be nice if there is a manual on how to use the app. I want to know how to schedule cleaning. i will give this app a better review once this is done.
