So many updates happened and I was knocked out of my password. It now asks me for new password which I do not want to create a new password and don't want to run around like headless chicken. I know you may say that you can't teach an old dog a new trick but am really happy with this statement. I believe an updates should not change the way customers access the website in any way. Major Q is how do I get to activate with my old password? Hope I will get attention I deserve

can't support simple functionality like password reset . it provide the feature buy doesn't accept the new password and throwing a generic error. please fix this issue and rely to me if customer service is really your company value

Not working properly after update received today. I am an existing user and when I try to login, it is asking to validate by entering the expiry date of Civil ID. And when I do that it is showing that the Civil ID is already registered. Buggy

I've been away from Oman for a long time. My family is in Muscat. I was paying through the app when I was in Oman. I cannot recharge my water bills. After filling out all of the fields, the payment gateway displays errors, and the page becomes stuck. I believe that only transactions made within Oman are permissible.🤭
