This app, along with Money Mart's "customer service", is some of the worst I've ever experienced. I installed the app to cash checks on my phone instead of going into the store. I tried 1 check and after 3 days, I gave up and uninstalled the app. Technical problems on thier end they no one seemed very interested in resolving. One rep did however suggest I "erase all of the photos on my cell phone because that could be the issue". Yeah, no.. I wish I could give this 0 stars.

Ever since the latest update, I have not been able to use the app because it won't take my acceptance of the T&C's. I emailed customer service for the app and have not received any response after over a week. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, same issue. There are always problems when they update the app, I am ready to close my account.

Worst app ever. I signed up . Took picture of check. Gave all my personal info and now it's saying it couldn't identify me and logged me out of my account, now I'm worried they are going to take my money . I've been on customer service line for 2 hours when they said it would only take 8 minutes to speak with rep. Worst app ever !! Please do not use this app! Wish I could give it a negative 5 stars

Smooth and hassle free until I electronically cashed my paycheck for the first time. Ever since, I cant access my information. App continues to be unresponsive.
