It works!

Its Good but I found another one that was slightly better. Unless this one was made for older phones.. I think the interface needs a little bit more features or something to set it apart from the other premium shortcut creators. EDIT: I also found this app alot easier to use when linking to apps when you dont need or want advanced rules.

Just one thing. It should list the apps in alphabetical order when choosing to create an app shortcut.
