Test your software before you release it! "Cannot pair at this time, please try again later" what an idiotic message. Either it pairs or not! Either way, battery will pair directly with when iding bluetooth setting of phone (so we know bluetooth works, the battery is sending etc.), but wont pair inside the app. I see from other users this is a known issue. I am at a loss to understand how a piece of software is released in this day and age without being properly tested? Dumping BT battery.

Im a DIY'r. With kids. This app along with the connect products provide a level of comfort knowing that even if the impossible were to happen there is an extra layer of security knowing that my drill is off... And dewalt! - thank you for making the battery slot occupying tool connect affordable. Love it.. Update!!! Twice the app failed me when i needed my tool(s). The straw that broke the camels back. Go old school. Dewalt is not ready for this yet. Youve been told

Using this app along with DW03050 laser measure. This app is almost useless are a way to record measurements and exports them as a PDF which makes any adjustments or corrections a lot more difficult. Having the measurements recorded and then exported as a spreadsheet make a lot more practical sense as notes, adjustments, how you want the measurements layed out etc could either be made on the fly or once back at the office on a PC by copying and pasting rather than having to manually enter them.

Great app!! Little tricky to figure out on first time use but once you understand the dashboard and controls it's simple.. myself it would be better if it had real time location tracking without relying on bluetooth

It works, but hangs. It turns my tools on and off, but then hangs saying "Please wait." I have to close and reopen the app each time. Hopefully this will get fixed soon. Otherwise it's a great app for my Dewalt tools! I'm rockin this on a Pixel 5.
